Our story
A Family Shop Built on Straight Answers
Art's Service is a father-and-son operation on E 10th St in Long Beach, run by Juan and his son Mark. Customers keep coming back because they get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
We've built our name on being upfront: if your car needs work, we'll tell you what it needs and why. If it doesn't, we won't invent a reason to charge you. That's why families who've moved across town still drive back to have us work on their cars.
From quick diagnostics to more involved repairs, our goal is the same every time: fix it right, explain it clearly, and get you back on the road.
- Family-run by Juan and son Mark
- No-upsell, honest pricing
- Fast turnaround
What customers say
“These guys are so awesome and so honest and so quick I cannot recommend them enough!! I really feel confident in my car here!”
“Best, most honest mechanic around. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell me or get one over on me. Very upfront, honest, fair, reasonable, and genuinely want the best for their customers. We moved across town and I still will only bring my cars here.”
“Juan and his son Mark are trustworthy as well as the people who work for them. I highly recommend Art's as it's hard to find trustworthy mechanics in my opinion and people who just do good work!”
